Observer Article online (and other random tidbits)

It's official! The Dallas Derby Devils article in the Dallas Observer is available online. We'll be in tomorrow's print edition as well (and hopefully there'll be more pictures). The existing one has Motor Lisa and a visiting skater girl from Atlanta, GA! My quotes were rather liberally paraphrased, but it's a cool piece. (After all, those of you who know me know that I'd be more afraid of embarrassing myself falling on my ass than getting the crap beaten out of me!)

Also, make sure to tune into 93.3 The Bone on Friday night. Yours truly will be on the air around 8pm with a few other derby girls to promote our "recruiting night on the town" that evening. Should be good fun indeed!

In other news, looks like I'm headed to San Francisco for an eLearning conference March 14-17th. I hope they'll approve me simply routing my trip home through Kansas City over the weekend. ;-) If my reservations are OK'd, I'll be in KC on Southwest at around 6:15pm Friday night. w00t!

The next couple of weeks are a veritable whirlwind. Not hating that... but DAYummm! *pantgasp*
