Costume question

Oh ye female wearers of Moresca bodices... I am trying to get myself up to speed on the various QAL looks (aside from the Crayon Box which is progressing quite nicely)... and have a couple ideas for our newly evolving Moresca look.

Which styles hold up well? Which are more flattering on chubby short-waisted chiks like myself? Let me know of your experiences and preferences. I am looking mostly at the MAX design as they have the colors I want (read: ones which will go with skirts I already have), but there's a blue one in MAX2 I may consider as well (those of you at MNRF last year may remember the new-ish blue look we're also experimenting with).

(KHADIJA to come after more skatey-skatey, of course... 'cuz that just looks FUN - and cool! Would do glimpse-a-belly though, not bare... I'm just never gonna be that girl... and I'm OK with that.)
