Trying Xlear for allergy symptoms, thanks to a recommendation from rougewench by way of chernobylred. It's helping... but somehow I've still managed a cold. Had the scratchy throat thing yesterday and began downing Emergen-C immediately, in addition to liberally snorting Xlear.

Today? Playing the sinus symphony. Quite a delight with the new nostril jewelry, let me tell ya. It turns nose blowing into a whole new experience.

Blerg.

At least it's taking my mind off my aching quads. Well, mostly.
