sandmansisterMmmmmmm... a co-worker whose sister and brother-in-law are here from NOLA courtesy of Katrina brought up homemade jambalaya -- maaah-tea tasteh.
While my palate is happy, I am just floored by the kindness and selflessness. Their home was flooded, their city destroyed... and they make *US* homemade grub. Humbled, I am. Yes indeedy. Grateful, full, and humbled.
