gem_handler the other day... I'm vaguely thinking about changing banks. Mind you, I pay most of my bills online and would have to clear out a lot of internet cookies and such... so plenty of fiddly bits if I do switch. Trying to decide if it's worth it to dump Bank of America. So, dear readers, enlighten me! Share with me your woes and triumphs.
